Welcome to OWAWeekends!
If you’ve been here you know that the Algarve is the Land of the Trails, and to show you that, we’ll be riding the whole weekend on a lot of trails.
We start on Saturday with the Falésia trails, right next to the OWARace track, known to have the gnarliest features in the whole region. Get ready to elevate your trail riding to the next level.
Then on Sunday, we’ll get a transport to the interior of the Algarve where we’ll show you a hidden 50km offroad path where the majority is a riverside forest trail that passes by the ruins of an 11th century castle, and ends right where we left in the morning, at the OWARace Track.*

Technical trail clinics
Access to OWARace track
OWAGames
Transportation to the hidden trail on Sunday
OWAKings on Sunday’s trail
Special river-side forest trail session in the heart of the Algarve
Visit the ruins of a 1000-year-old castle with a panoramic viewpoint
Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
Charging stations
Each OWAW is limited to 10 riders!
If you have a group of at least 5 riders interested in a private OWAWeekend on a different date please make the request to info@owalgarve.com
If you want to rent a Onewheel for the duration of your stay please send us an email to info@owalgarve.com to check availability and prices.
OWAW meeting point is 30 minutes away from FAO Airport.
*A few parts of this trail will be incedibly gnarly but all possible to do except two very small sections where we have to cross the river and while not gnarly at all, it’s too rocky to ride. In total during the whole day we’ll have to carry our board only here for a minimum of 1’18’’.
